Helping LVMH stay ahead in luxury

Flamingo partnered with LVMH Japan to help it to understand emerging aspirations for its many different types of customer in an evolving luxury market.

The teams responsible for all LVMH's brands in Japan were each taken through the findings and implications.

The learnings have significantly shifted how the business thinks about its customers and the culture they inhabit, and are now being fed into LVMH marketing strategies and retail planning.
