Visualising the future of home baby products for Aprica

  • Aprica asked us to extend their product portfolio in the home baby product category to bolster future business growth

    We uncovered realities faced by modern Japanese mothers by looking at specific problem areas surrounding feeding and housework. Our research culminated in a workshop, films and a live visualiser sketching out ideas to inspire brand teams to come up with product innovations

    Our output helped generate numerous product ideas, several of which are now out in the market. The Carry Travel System offers a seamless transition between stroller and carry basket, while Yuralism is an auto-swing high-low bed chair that ushers babies to sleep

  • Flamingo revealed deep consumer insights that led not only to many new product ideas but was also useful for future product development strategy. The quality of the panelists, moderation and facilitation of the workshop were excellent. The Flamingo team were very good and efficient to work with, and we enjoyed it a lot.
