Reimagining the washing machine for Samsung in South East Asia
We were asked to innovate a culturally resonant new role for washing machines in South East Asia to galvanise Samsung’s growth
We created rich innovation platforms that captured the social, cultural and functional needs of SEA consumers. We also conducted an immersive co-creation workshop to cement our learnings in the minds of designers and senior Samsung stakeholders
Our work yielded ideas fundamentally reimagining what a washing machine could be. The leading idea is now in development, with a global rollout planned for the end of 2015
